  • Graffiti which is racist or offensive will be given the highest priority for removal

Public property includes:

  • Council buildings
  • Council fences, walls or boundaries
  • Council parks and play areas
  • Council car parks
  • Ancient monuments and some memorials
  • Play equipment in Council play areas
  • Street furniture, such as bus stops and benches
  • Litter bins
  • Sign posts
  • Bollards

Graffiti on private property

We're unable to remove graffiti from private property.

Our enforcement team can discuss options with you if you're a property owner.

They can advise you on the removal of graffiti from private residential or commercial properties and can lend you a graffiti cleaning kit.
